Processing Time

We offer two options:

  • Regular- Ready in 5 business days (plus delivery time)
  • Rush (available in Add-Ons)- Ready in 1-2 business days (+₱150, plus delivery time)

Available for both pick up and shipping orders.

Where are you located?

We run a home-based online shop located in Pasig, Philippines. We currently don't have a physical or retail store. All orders are processed online.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We don't offer Cash on Delivery at this time. Since each keepsake is personalized and handmade, full payment must be completed before we start your order.

You can choose from our secure payment options:

  • QR Ph
  • Bank Transfer via BPI and Unionbank
  • GCash
  • PayPal

This way, we can craft your keepsake with ease and ensure a smooth delivery.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to select countries. International orders are delivered through DHL Express, with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days.

How do you ship my order?

We deliver nationwide within the Philippines through LBC.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • ₱80 – Metro Manila: 1–2 business days
  • ₱120 – Provincial areas: 2–5 business days

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We currently offer international delivery via DHL Express, with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. You may personally pick up your order or book a courier service (Grab, Lalamove, etc) once it's ready.

Our complete pick up address in Ugong, Pasig will be shared after your order is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for booking and covering any courier fees.

Please note: Pick-ups booked via Grab or Lalamove are not included in the free shipping promo for orders ₱1000 and above.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders ₱1000 and above (Philippines only).

Please note: This does not apply to same-day pick-up or deliveries via Grab or Lalamove.
