Where are you located?

We run a home-based online shop located in Pasig, Philippines. We currently don't have a physical or retail store. All orders are processed online.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We don't offer Cash on Delivery at this time. Since each keepsake is personalized and handmade, full payment must be completed before we start your order. This way, we can craft your keepsake with ease and ensure a smooth delivery.

We are currently accepting Gcash only for payments.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to select countries. International orders are delivered through DHL Express, with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days.

How do you ship my order?

We deliver nationwide within the Philippines through LBC.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Metro Manila: 1–2 business days
  • Provincial areas: 2–5 business days

International Shipping

We currently offer international delivery via DHL Express, with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you may arrange pickup via Grab or Lalamove. The customer is responsible for booking and paying for the rider. Complete pickup details will be provided once your order is ready.
