Please read our shop policies and guidelines to help manage your expectations. Every keepsake we create is handmade with care and personalized to your photos, so we want to ensure the process is clear from start to finish.
Photo & Layout Guidelines
Clear Photos: Please send clear, centered photos with enough space around the subject.
Do Not Crop: Do not crop your photos before sending—this reduces flexibility. We will crop and resize them to fit the pendant or frame.
Editing: Basic resizing and cropping are included. Additional edits (background change, lighting adjustments, image enhancement, or object removal) come with an extra fee.
Instructions: If you have specific cropping or placement requests, include them when ordering. If none are provided, we’ll use our best judgment to make it look great.
Preview Option: Layout previews before printing are available by request only. Please note this may cause processing delays if approval is late. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours after sending the preview, we will proceed with your order.
Printed Photo Disclaimer: Please note that screen colors (phone/computer) may differ from printed colors. We do our best to produce accurate and high-quality prints, but minor variations are normal and not considered a defect.
Finished Product Photos: We’ll send you a photo of the completed keepsake before pick-up or shipping. No photo or text changes can be made after the item is finished. If you insist on changes, an additional fee will apply.
Shipping & Rush Orders
Domestic Shipping (Philippines): Orders are shipped via LBC or J&T. We will handle the booking and provide a tracking number. Please ensure your shipping details are complete to avoid delays.
Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping within the Philippines for orders ₱1,500 and above.
Exclusions: Pick-up orders (e.g., Grab, Lalamove, etc.) are not included in the free shipping promo. Buyers must shoulder their own pick-up fees and arrange their own booking.
Processing Times: Regular processing takes 5 business days before shipping. Rush orders may be available—please message us first to confirm.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Personalized Items: Because each keepsake is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Cancellations: Can be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Shop Errors/Damages: If we made a mistake (wrong name/date, wrong product, or damage in transit), we’ll fix or replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Customer Care & Communication
We respond to inquiries within 24–48 hours on business days.
For custom requests, allow additional consultation and design time.
