    • Regular- Preparation time is 5 business days (plus delivery time)
    • Rush - Preparation time is 1-2 business days (+₱150, plus delivery time) NOT RUSH SHIPPING

Where are you located?

We run a home-based online shop located in Pasig, Philippines. We currently don't have a physical or retail store. All orders are processed online.

Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?

We don't offer Cash on Delivery at this time. Since each keepsake is personalized and handmade, full payment must be completed before we start your order.

You can choose from our secure payment options:

    • QR Ph
    • Bank Transfer via BPI and Unionbank
    • GCash
    • PayPal

    This way, we can craft your keepsake with ease and ensure a smooth delivery.

    How do you ship my order?

    We deliver nationwide within the Philippines through LBC.

    Domestic Shipping Rate & Delivery Times

    •  Fixed rate : ₱120

    •  Metro Manila: 1–2 business days

    •  Provincial areas: 2–5 business days

    You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

    Do you ship Internationally?

    Yes, we currently ship to select countries. International orders are delivered through DHL Express, with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days.

    Can I pick up my order?

    To keep things simple, we now ship all orders via LBC — same-day pick up like Grab / Lalamove is no longer offered.
    For urgent orders, send us a message before ordering.

    Do you offer Free Shipping?

    Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders ₱1000 and above (Philippines only).
